The company recognises the importance of professional qualifications and assists staff with the acquisition these where required. In addition, individuals may apply for assistance and reimbursement of courses leading to additional professional attributes, such as MBAs or IT qualifications.

Additional training is provided for all staff in relation to systems and software applications associated with IT development.
