About Leechiu & Associates 

Leechiu & Associates, Inc. was established in June 2003 and represents Savills as its alliance partner in the Philippines.

David Leechiu, who was formerly the Director and General Manager of Savills Consultancy Philippines,  Inc. heads up Leechiu & Associates and is joined by Jose Fernando Camus as Chairman of the local partnership.  Other key staff include:

• Angela Padilla - Head of Commercial
• Henry Cabrera  - Head of Residential

Leechiu and Associates will continue to provide a full range of property services from valuation and research, planning and consultancy to corporate real estate, investment, leasing and sales.

The company's association with Savills enables it to have access to a global  network of over 200 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
